POP3 authentication failed but Web Mail works - Changed Password

Hello,

I recently changed my password.

I can access via web live mail with new password but all pop3 email clients recieve

authentication failed

 

And yes I have changed Password to new passworld on email clients - these are

(1) Thunderbird

(2) Pop Peaper

(3) Gmail pop3 fetching.

Any suggestions?

Wild idea it may take a few hours/days for new pasword to profergate from web authentication servers to Pop authentication servers.

MickMickMick, if your new password is more than 16 characters, I suggest that you change it to less than 16 characters to help fix the issue.  Once done, try to access your account in your e-mails clients again.

Thank You.

I did find out myself by accident and reset password length to less than 16 and the email clients started working gain again.
