All email sent from our server (mail.melroyproperties.com) to any hotmail accounts are being blocked due to the error message listed below.  The response from hotmail techsupport was that our server sent out 50,000 emails in one day.  Our IT guy has checked the logs and this was not the case.  We are going on 3 weeks now and the issue has not yet been resolved.  It is affecting our business.  Please help.

Our domain is melroyproperties.com and our mail server is mail.melroyproperties.com.  The dns servers are: ns1.lnhi.net  and  ns2.lnhi.net

Thanks for the relevant info! The Windows Live Hotmail Sender Support team will work closely with your domain administrator to investigate and find a resolution to this issue. I can’t give you an exact timeframe as to when this will be resolved but this has already been flagged. The promptness of the resolution depends on the cooperation of the domain administrator. Rest assured that the necessary steps for this issue’s resolution has already been rolled out.

Thank you for your help.  It turned out that there is already a support ticket opened by our administrator.  I don't want to undo what he has going.  Please disregard.
