How can I delete the "see who blocked you" application?

A friend sent me this as a link and I thought it was safe enough, that names show up, but it keeps bringing up anyone I had on my messenger or hotmail ever!  People I have no idea who they still are . I just delete them but there has to be an app somewhere and I want to delete it and not have all these people contact me.   Please help, I am frustrated!!!

I have the same problem with the same app! I keep getting email failure notifications for emails I didn't send because of this app.

It's quickly becoming a problem nevermind irritation. I've changed my password and  question but it hasn't stopped.

This is the URL that I later (and too late) saw on the CLICK HERE button to check it out.   http://7kwvqr.someone-blocked-you.com/?id=b7h9V&invitation={removed email address}

I'm with waltzingmatilda here. We both need help!

p.s. I made a post earlier expressing this concern in the spam forum.

Hi Guys,

I have moved your post here, as this is the proper forum for it.

I will have to refer you to the Windows Live Messenger Support Team. You can contact them by visiting the link below:

https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlmessenger&ct=eformts

Also, since this is a third party application I highly recommend that you contact the support of your Operating System on how to remove it.

We have the same problem.

e-mails supposedly from us were sent to everyone in our contacts list when we were not even on-line or signed in!

I have the same problem , it is really aggrivating, as those whom I had blocked were getting invitations in my name with my email address to check out who had blocked them!

This is infuriating, also a clear a lack of security!

Can anyone do anything to stop this??

I need help with this now...

thanks

<There follows a white space.  In that space, are white letters on a white backgroud (invisible unless you highlight it is the following message:>
Mistakes live in the neighbourhood of truth and therefore delude us.
If you click on the link it opens a web site that looks legitimate and asks your your address and password.  If you give it sends the message to all of your contacts.  It also starts downloading (or uploading) an enormous amount of data.  We are doing damage control at the moment an hopefully we stopped things soon enough.  If a staff member wants, I can forward the email to an address they give me.
I hovered over the link and this is what I saw:

DO NOT USE YOU PASSWORD ON AN UNKNOWN PAGE!!!

This keeps coming up in my email - How can it be deleted/changed/stopped? especially as it contacts people who you no longer have or wish to have contact with.
