This issue I have is a to do with hotmail and my email. That is my concern right now. The link you send is for non hotmail products.

Can someone plese help me. How long will it take before I get a reply?

I am trying to access my email, after entering my email address and password, another window comes up telling me:

YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED. UNUSUAL ACTIVITY WAS DETECTED ON YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE CONTACT WINDOWS LIVE CUSTOMER CARE.

It also says on the left:

TO HELP MAKE THIS SERVICE SAFER, WE SOMETIMES NEED TO ASK YOU TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY.

That is all the information I zm getting. Can someone plese look in to this asap for me and unblck it. I need to get important information out.

My account is also blocked for the same reasons.

But i dont use my email at all ! I only use this emal for windows live messenger. Hence could you please re-set and unblock my email address so that i can retrieve all my contacts.

I have never used the solution centre so i dontknow wheere you are going to reply to.

Hence i would find it easier if you could email me on {removed email address} regarding thismatter.

Please unblock the account as I have not sent out any emails if at all it could have been emails sent to me and too much spam included so if you could please reset my account but do not delete my windows live messenger contacts.

The Windows Live Technical Support Team should handle the error that you are getting. Follow the steps below on how you can reach them:

1. Go to http://support.live.com then click on “Windows Live ID.”
2. Click on any topics on the left panel under FAQ and then wait for the page to load completely.
3. Click "Get more help" on the lower right corner of the page, then click on "Get support."
4. Complete the e-form and then click “Submit.”

I have done all of this and I am not getting any solutions from anyone. Please I urgently need to get into the email and get some information out. Could you just check what the problem is. I have not violated any tems so why is this happening to me.

Neither have i got anythin... My email addrss is {removed email address}

This is ridiculous cos no one is helping us and this has happened to millions of people between yesterday and today. I figured that when i read so many forums regarding this matter. Please let us know whats happening and what is happening to our accounts !

Can you give me more information on this please, this account I opened for one of my employees, and all she does is send me one email per day to me That's All!! and this is the second time this happens to her so please let me know what she is doing wrong.

Hi Chandima, 

I have reviewed your account and have found out that our automated spam filters blocked it. I have unblocked your account.  

To help prevent your account from being blocked again, use these tips:  

- Check your contacts and recipients lists to make sure that only people who want to receive the messages will receive your messages.

- Reduce the number of messages that you send to large groups of people so that they are less likely to think your messages are unwanted mail.

-  Limit the number of chain letters, e-mail jokes and other messages that you send to help people recognize your mail as wanted and to make it more likely that your message will be allowed past your recipients' junk mail filters.

- Check all the contacts in your address book to make sure that the accounts are still active.
