I went through the first stage of trying to fix the problem, the windows live tech support told me that my acoount was inactive, and to come here for help. I have not been able to find any threads that talk about an inactive account. My account was not closed for abuse... More

Actually, it’s 270 days of no activity (no sign into the account) and not 2 weeks. So, given the time frame you’ve posted ( 8 months), your account will remain active until you come back from the training. But if you want to secure important messages, you... More

Account Inactivity Timing

For the account inactivity limits (270 days) -- does signing into things like MSN Messenger count or do you actually need to sign into your email box? Also, if you use the Outlook Connector does that count as signing in? More
