Flappie , currently, it isn't possible to create a filter by the contents of an e-mail. As a workaround, you can set the Junk e-mail filter to Exclusive . This way, only the messages from your contacts and Safe senders list will be delivered to the Inbox. To learn... More

@ rjm38 Filtering in e-mail clients only applies to POP3 accounts and not on HTTP accounts. Also, the filters you make in Outlook are only saved in the e-mail client and not on the server. More
