2.  Click Upgrade now if you have an existing Windows Live Hotmail account or select "Get one now" to create a new one , and then follow the steps.  

3.  When you complete each required section, you must click I accept to agree to the "Windows Live Service Agreement" and the "Privacy Statement." To read the "Windows Live Service Agreement" or the "Privacy Statement," you should click the link to each document. 

4.  On the Enter payment information page, type the required information in the Payment information and Billing address sections. 

5.  Click Continue . 

6.  Follow the directions to complete the sign-up.
