Help Recovering an Important Email

Hi, I was hoping you could help me recover an important email. It is an email confirming the time of a job interview I was supposed to have a couple of days ago, they said I showed up at the wrong time and I need this email to show them I did show up at the correct time. I believe it was received on 10/26, the date I applied for the job online. It is from Kmart so the email address will contain either kmart or Sears in it. I just deleted it within the past week I think. If you could help me recover this I would be so grateful. Thanks!
