Unfortunately you asked about a feature that Windows Live Hotmail does not currently offer. E-mails from your Deleted folder are deleted every 5 days.

You can change the setting of the "Junk e-mail deletion" so that messages that get filtered in you Junk folder will not be deleted immediately. To do this, please try the following:

1. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options.
2. Under "Junk e-mail," click "Filters and confirmation."
3. Under "Delete junk e-mail," select "Later."
4. Click "Save."

I checked the account you gave and tried to restore those deleted messages. Sadly, no messages came up. It is possible that those messages are already purged from our system.

Just to add, our message recovery can only restore messages that were recently deleted from an account.

I’ve tried to recover deleted messages in your account but the restoration has failed. It is possible that you’ve accessed your account using POP3 service while you have disabled the leave a copy to server option. If you've set your client to not leave copy of messages on the server, the same messages that you've downloaded in your client will be moved to the Deleted folder of your account in Web. This means that you can still try to recover those messages from the Deleted folder, and move them back to your Inbox. If they're no longer in the Deleted folder, it's unlikely that you'll be able to recover them.

I’m glad to inform you that I’ve recovered some of your messages. You can now check your Junk folder. Although, I can’t guarantee that your missing e-mail will be there.
