Accidentally marked email as phishing scam

I have in the last five minutes accidentally marked an email with HDNL in the name somewhere as a phishing scam when it is in fact a reply to a complaint - meant to delete the one above but the page 'moved' as I clicked! (my email is {removed email address})

Is it possible to retrieve the email, which was sent sometime in the last week?

Hello,

Another story of a hijacked account and hundreds of emails being deleted. An email about phones was sent to all my contacts. Is it possible to recover the old emails?

I’m sorry; we can no longer recover deleted messages that far off.

Hotmail sends new messages directly to the Deleted Items folder

All my new mail is going into my deleted items folder automatically. How can I make sure new mail stays in my inbox until I manually delete it?

Hi there,

I didn't log in to my account within 270 days. I just remembered lastnight that I had some very old e-mails from years ago saved in folders in my Hotmail e-mail and wanted to retrieve them. I just logged in today and a message popped up saying that the folders were cleared. The folders are still there but the e-mails are gone. Can you please try and retrieve them back for me? There were some really important ones that I forgot about! Thanks! :)

Hi there, I just recently downloaded Windows Live Mail, thinking I could download all of my emails onto my laptop. Having just spent 3 days downloading my entire account, I foolishly deleted all of my emails on my Hotmail account, thinking that they were safe and sound on my laptop. Much to my shock and horror, I am now desperately seeking a solution to my problem. Simply, if possible and if it's not too late, can my emails be restored?

Incoming mail going directly to deleted folder.....

All of my incoming mail is going directly to the "delete" folder. I have transfered them over and over again and still they keep getting transfered out to the delete folder. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to correct this error. I have not made any changes to my account so I have no idea what the problem could be. I have attempted to change the filters on my accoun to correct this issue, but there is no filter listed that would cause this issue. The only filter that I found would send the emails to the junk folder, but this is not the case. I have been informed by Windows Live Mail Tech Support that they could not help me and that and that this was a Windows Live Hotmail issue and it is account related not program related. That did not help me at all. So please, if anyone knows of this issue I am speaking of, I would really appreciate some advice. I am affraid that important emails will be lost because of this problem.

If the messages you need weren’t recovered, I regret to inform you that we can no longer recover them since they were already purged from our servers.
