Need to recover an email that was deleted with the past 12 hrs.

I accidenty moved an email I received from the below address from my inbox to my deleted folder. I then accidedntly started emptying my deleted folder along with this email and I really need to recover it. There was one word doc attached and was sent to me approximately 10:00 or 11:00pm est. Is there anyway you can please return this email to my inbox asap?? My email is {removed email address} and the email I need recovered came from {removed email address} . There is one attachments. Please help me!!!

I have potentially two questions :

1)Once I have deleted emails from my Inbox/Delete parts of my email account is it possible to retrieve them back ?

2)If it is possible how long would I normally have to get them back before they are completely gone ?
