Hi,

I deleted one of my contacts. I tried to add him again on the list using his e-mail address but im not able to comunicate with him on the messenger.

His name appears always offline, which is funny because at the same time i see his name offline he contacts me and i get a new window with his e-mail address on it, which is the same e-mail address i used to add him, and it gives me the link to add this "new contact" but when i click on it nothing happens.

I can not contact him, i dont have the options to share video and files with him.

my email address is: {removed email address} and his e-mail address is {removed email address}

Ny dilemna and I hope you can help.

1.I had a gateway computer destroyed by lightning.

2. I ordered and received a new Dell computer. Reeived it but my screen was green - everything was green and the sound did not work. (this computer will be referred to as the green computer)

3. I did not add any programs to the green dell computer because I was waiting for dell to replace that computer.

4. At some point, two nights ago - I accidently downloaded windows live mail on the "green" computer, because I needed to send an email and could'ntl.

5. The replacement computer to replace the green computer was finally delivered on Tuesday.

6.In preparing the new Dell computer for set up and the week old dell green to return to thn on Wednesday, I did the unthinable, I thought the dowloaded email in windows live downloaded on the green computer's (hard drive). So I deleted the email from the green dell because I have to send that unit back and I did not want my email account and other information spread around the world.

7. Imagine my horror when I checked my email on the web and all of my email and email folders were gone. I should have known better. I'm a long term user. I don't know what else to say. I am praying that you can help me.

8. Now that you know the history, before I put the green computer in the box to return to dell, Is there any way to retrieve all of my email from this fiasco 11/11/ 2009? I hope you can help me.

I deleted some e-mails that I no longer thought I needed, turns out that I know need them desperately. They are from the beginning of the month up to the beginning of last week marked with BBC in the subject.

Is there any chance of getting these emails back. My e-mail address is {removed email address}.

All the help I can get would be very much apprediated. Many thanks
