Post your e-mail address so I can investigate this. I'll also try to recover your deleted messages from our server. This does not guarantee that your messages will be restored but I can at the very least maximize our resources to try and retrieve them.

I'm sorry, but as mentioned by my co-moderator Windows Live Anthony C. we cannot anymore recover your lost emails. It may had been purged from our system. Further attempt to do this would be impossible.

Hello elliottzambrano!

If you're reffering to the messages that are saved in your Sent items folder, and was manually deleted, I could try to recover it. Just post your email address when you reply, so we can check it out. I would like to remind you, the recovery process has a small rate of success.

Now, if you're reffering to the mails that you sent, but was not saved automatically in the Sent items folder, we don't have a tool to recover those messages. Make sure that your account is properly configured to save your sent emails in the Sent items folder. To do this, follow these steps:

a. Sign-in to your Hotmail acccount using your email address.
b. At the upper left side of the page, click on “Options” then “More options”.
c. Under “Customize your mail” click on “Save sent message”.
d. Select the “Save all sent messages in the Sent items folder” button and hit “Save”.

Thanks for posting the info we need. I’ve applied the backend fix and sent the recovered contacts to your e-mail address.

About your missing e-mails, I've managed to restore a number of them and moved them to your Inbox. For those that are still missing, I'm sorry.

Seraphim1980, the option to leave a copy of messages in the server is disabled by default in Outlook 2003. FYI, if you've set Outlook 2003 to NOT leave copy of messages on the server, the same messages that you've downloaded in your client will be moved to the Deleted folder of your account in Web. This means that you can still try to recover those messages from the Deleted folder, and move them back to your Inbox. If they're no longer in the Deleted folder, it's unlikely that you'll be able to recover them.

Still, I’ve engaged additional resources to help retrieve the messages but unfortunately, the restoration failed.

I’m glad to inform you that I’ve recovered some of your messages. You can now check your Inbox. Although, I can’t guarantee that all your missing messages will be available.

To help recover your contacts, create another post in the Contacts & Address Book forum. Give your e-mail address and at least 3 e-mail addresses of your lost contacts.

About your account being used to send spam, we’re aware of this issue and we found out that Malware is one of the causes. I suggest that you check out this link to learn more about this issue:
