Re: Need my "POP button" back

Glad I'm not the only one with this issue, although it doesn't appear to be a priority to them. I've completely disabled the POP functionality in my Hotmail account that I'm paying extra for because of this. Since it's been nearly 6 months without... More

Re: Is this email for real, I cant tell if it is legitimate or not

Looks like someone is trying to break into your account, there is a lot of that going on recently. I think you can safely follow the cancel instructions as long as you follow the directions and paste the link into your browser and the link has a legitimate msn.com address... More

Re: cannot log in with MS Outlook

Actually it turns out that MS removed the DAV protocol that we've been using to access Hotmail through Outlook today. If you go to Help in Hotmail and search for Outlook, it will give a couple other suggestions. I haven't decided which route I'm going to... More

Re: disgusting right side ads

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. I've been a firefox/adblock user and an Amazon Prime customer for years and have not had any of the problems you describe. The filters in Adblock are customizable if you find that content is being deleted, but I normally... More

Re: disgusting right side ads

The answer is simple, use Firefox with the Adblock Plus add-in and you'll never see another disgusting ad in Hotmail or any other website. On the rare occasion I have to use IE, I am always amazed at how many ads there are, I forget because I haven't seen them... More

Re: Need my "POP button" back

I understand that is by the "new" design, but apparently for some paying customers, like me, the "old" design was better. I appreciate that you will have it reviewed by the product team. I've used Hotmail as my primary personal email for over... More
