I have an webshop based on OSCommerce.

Mail is working OK to most domains. Hotmail, Live don't work.

I have added an SPF to the DNS but not succeded.

Please help.

We are not sending newsletters or spam to our customers, and not intended to do it.
Only sending email from our webshop, to the customer about their order.

f_farkas, I've escalated this issue to the Sender Escalations Team. They'll get in touch with you ASAP to resolve this matter.

We are also getting a far higher level of 550 messages from hotmail and live recipients. Can you escalate us and allow us to send through the filter? We're on no blacklists as per www.dnsbl.info Please email me confirmation

All of our users are getting tons of bounced messages sending to anything @hotmail, @msn or @live.

We are not on any blacklists as per DNSBL.info.

If we are on a list at your side's spam filter, can you send me a note stating this, and maybe tell me a little why it happened? My CEO is livid at me, so if I can show him something that this problem really isn't our fault it would save my job.

I’d like to tell you that in WLSC, we communicate with the community via posts in threads, categorized under specific forums. We can’t reply telephone correspondence.

Our Mail delivery team will work closely with your domain administrator to resolve the issue. I’m sorry to learn that you can’t send email to your Hotmail contacts at this time. I assure you that they will work with the powers that be to have this issue resolved at the soonest possible time.

No problem, can I get an email ? or is it entirely through the forums. I just need something to show the CEO that we were flagged incorrectly, that it is being resolved, and that it was not due to a problem on our end mail servers. 

Anything would help. Also if we can find out what caused the problem in the first place, so we can make sure it never happens again.

We have two IP addresses, the comcast line and the speakeasy as per our DNS SPF record. That is all correct. We have the proper reverse PTR resolution.

HL2, Hotmail is currently supported only through the WLSC website. You can direct your CEO on this thread to view our response.

Also, as mentioned by my co-moderator, Wally, our Sender Escalation Specialist (Mail delivery team) will get in touch with your domain administrator. For information on why the problem happened, you can request the domain administrator to request for this information once they’re contacted by our Sender Escalation Specialist. They’re the correct team to provide you detailed explanation about the cause of this problem.

We aren't able to send out mail to hotmail accounts using our domain

Our SMTP meets all hotmail requirements (HELO with FQDN, SPF records, reverse DNS) but nothing change. We cannot have a succesfull delivery to hotmail, receiving this error:

BTW The resolution of this problem depends on the cooperation of the domain administrator with our Sender Escalation Specialist.
