Also, if you're running any firewall/pop-up blocking/antivirus software, I suggest that you add the following domains to the safe list:
- hotmail.com
- msn.com
- passport.com
-live.com
If you're not sure how to do this, contact the manufacturer of the Internet filtering software that you're using for detailed instructions.
If this does not work, try to temporarily disable their firewall/proxy/antivirus to check if this is causing the problem.
