i emailed that bause email address 4 days ago. i need my email address unblcoked asap im going away in two days and all my travel documents and confirmations are on my account. i think my account might have been blocked due to spam being sent from my account but i dont know how it has been sent do u think someone might have hqacked into my account? can someone please reply back to this thanks so much im desperate

We cannot do anything with your account. You need to wait for the abuse team's reponse to resolve this issue.

how long do u tghink i will havee to wait to get a reply its been more than 6 days now and the message says 24 hours
