i did not break any violations. the only thing i can think of is the spam mail. i was reading about that virus with people advertising electronics and i had messags in my sent which i didnt send. i also had to once do that match the letters thing. please can u unlock my acccount. im in desperate need of my email. ive been using hotmail for a very long time now and this is the first time its happening. my email is {removed email address}. this would be greatly appreciated if you could fix!!!
