i cant send emails to a certain email address. email is a valid email because am receiving emails from my friend... i get a weird message.... am not overlimit of allowed emails per day, cuz i dont email that much, and it's only to this email..... got a really long error msg and this was at the end.

Based on the bounce message that you've posted, the recipient's mailbox is over its storage limit. This is the reason why you're e-mail messages are not being sent to the recipient's mailbox.
