A friend of mine is now using hotmail and when see selects options, part of the view

is blocked by a white out area. Can not figure out what is causing it or how to get rid of it.

I have a screen shot of the error and can send it to anyone that can help me.

The most common cause of the condition you have described is the browser being used.
