Hi I read an email & probably opened a website about getting a Free laptop yesterday. Then all my email address kept on sending out emails to everyone in my addressbook. Today my whole contact list from MSN & my addressbook are all gone! Can someone help me how to retreive my contact list back & how can I stop my email from sending out those junk emails to my friends/family!??!?!? Please help....

For your missing contacts, please tell me your Windows Live Hotmail account in question, and as well as 3 sample contacts that are missing from your account. I will see what I can do to recover them.

Could you provide more information on what viruses are known to be causing this issue please?

I believe I have the same problem. All my contacts have disappeared, probably because of some virus. I have now installed updated antivirus software.

That said, if you can help me get my contacts back, it would be great.
