Yesterday afternoon, all the email in my inbox disappeared.  I did not delete the emails.  They do not appear in any other folder, including the Deleted Items folder, which is still quite full from other emails that I did delete in the past.  Do you know where my emails went?

Carefully review all your folders to determine whether the missing messages have been restored. If this did not restore the missing messages, we cannot retrieve them for you.

Thank you so much.  The deleted emails have been recovered to the Deleted Items folder.  I don't know how they could have been deleted in the regular use of Hotmail.  If I had manually deleted them myself, they should have appeared in the Deleted Items folder, not disappeared completely.  And they weren't all from a specific date, but dated back over the past month or so, and so they are now interspersed in the Deleted Items folder, with other items that I did delete.  I would have had to mark them and delete them from the inbox, then go thru the Deleted items folder and mark them and delete them again for them to just disappear completely.  Makes no sense.

But, again, thank you for recovering them for me!

Ricardo I need help restoring three years of deleted emails from my inbox 5-4-2009. My wife accidently hit the delete button....HELP

Good news! After trying to recover your deleted messages, I was able to recover several email messages. I've moved them back to your Inbox for your review. I hope that all your needed messages were included in the restoration.

hello Ricardo...I seem to have the same problem that emf had. Today my inbox was emptied, and all my messages are no where to be seen. They aren't in the deleate box, and I've looked and looked.  I usually use my Windows Mail to open up my emails but today I went into my hotmail because my husband said his message to be with a large file was rejected because it said it was full. But I recieved many emails today. I'm wondering what happend? Can you restore mine too? I'm hoping so. Thanks for any help?  R

Same with me all of my emails have disappered I looked in my deleted files an only my deleted files is in there an I know earlier today all of my messages were there I had 10 new emails and now I have none.  I would really appreciate it if you could try and recover all of my messages because there is a lot of important information in there.  This is just ridiculous please help!

I’m glad to inform you that I’ve recovered some of your messages. You can now check your Inbox. Although, I can’t guarantee that all your missing messages will be available.
