Most of my msn contacts disappeared!

    Most of my msn contacts disappeared!

    Hi,

    Just today almost all my msn contacts went missing. I have only 10, of what use to be a few hundred, left on my msn messenger. When I sign into hotmail and click on contacts only these 10 appear as well. Please help!

    To help you recover your contacts, please provide us the following:
     
    - Your e-mail address
    - At least 3 e-mail addresses in your Contacts list that has been removed

    I’m glad to inform you that I was able to recover all your deleted contacts. I’ll send the retrieved contacts to your e-mail account. Look for my e-mail with “Retrieved Contacts” subject.

    Additionally, I suggest that you secure your account by following the instructions that Norman L. provided dated Dec 14 2008 1:17 PM at http://windowslivehelp.com/community/t/1402.aspx.

    I just had the same problem, all my contacts disappeared and people received some strange mail supposedly from me.

    What can I do to get my contacts back?

    Aussie999, I resent the list of deleted contacts to your Hotmail account. It's subject it Retrieved Contacts. Make sure that you don't have setting filters that might block my e-mail.

    Thank you for providing three e-mail addresses. However, before I could help you recover your missing contacts I would need you Windows Live Hotmail e-mail address. Please reply to this post and provide it. It would also help if you could verify whether the three e-mail addresses you have provided were part of the deleted contacts from your account.
