Back on what you've stated, you need to update your profile depending on where you’re currently staying to view the correct time or date of your mails. Here’s how:
1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID.
2. On the Action bar, click Options, and then click More options.
3. Under Manage your account, click View and edit your personal information.
4. On the Account summary page, click Registered information.
5. Make your changes, and then click Save.
