I am having trouble trying to compose an email  I saw some other people have had the same problem but it didnt help me.  I can write in the address and subject lines but Then nothing happens when I try to write the actual email.  I uninstalled the program from my desktop and reinstalled it and it still does not work.  I also can not reply to any emails I have.  Does anyone have any suggestions, its getting very frustrating!!  Thanks.

Hi ame563. You mentioned about uninstalling a program. Are you composing your messages using an email client? If so, you have to contact the support team of the email program that you're using.

If this is also happening in your Hotmail account via Web, please try to optimize your browser's settings first.  Cluttered browser usually causes this kind of issue to happen. Otherwise, please visit the Help documentation of your preferred browser. 



 

I am using the desktop email service that is downloaded from the windows live site.  When I open an email and try to respond it seems to be in a read only format. I can not write any where.  I can not click anything.  I can not even hightlight any of the text.  What I uninstallled was the windows live email desktop program.  I can email and respond when I am online but that is the extent of it.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks, Amanda

Once the page opens, choose the link for the support team of Windows Live Mail then follow these steps:

1. Click on any topics at the left panel, then wait for the page to load completely.
2. Click Get more help that's located at the lower right corner of the page, then click on Get support.
3. Fill out the form and submit it.
