okay, well i recently just tried to email something to one of my friends and my email just says that i cant because im blocked from sending emails... can you please help me?

iv been looking at similar comments on this site about the same thing and it tells me to send you my email which i dont understand how?

I have reviewed your account and found out that it was blocked due to a Terms of Use violation. I'm sorry, I cannot unblock your account nor discuss the specific reason why it was blocked but here are some possible reasons:

• Unwanted e-mail or "spam" 

• Abusive or harassing e-mail 

• Phishing or account fraud

What's the exact error message that you encounter?

I think i opened a virus.. is there anyone i can contact to fix it? or am i going to have to create a new email?

What do your mean that you've opened a virus?

Well my email was fine until i opened this thing that looked like something a friend would say to me and when i clicked on "click here" it put me to this page that looked like you can see who blocked you so when i put my password in it, it all of a sudden went through my account and started to send it to people on my account.. and when i went to go email everyone and tell them not to open it, thats when i realized that my account has been blocked. :S
