I have Windows Live Sync. And I keep getting this error: it needs the Live sync.msi file from common files/Live/cache/ I have had to restore my computer several times and the file is not there. I've  been trying to fix this for 2 weeks and keep getting the Microsoft shuffle. Please help. I can't access files I have used with this helpful service and tool.

2. Click on any topics on the left panel, then wait for the page to load completely.
