I suggest that you visit the Help pane of Windows Live Mail then try searching for a resolution to your issue. Here’s how:
1. Go to https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlmaildesktop&ct=eformts
2. Try searching for a resolution using the “Search for” box at the upper left part of the Help page.
If you can’t find anything related to your concern, please contact Windows Live Mail Support Team by following these steps:
3. Click on any topics on the left panel of their Help page, then wait for the page to load completely.
4. Click the "Get more help" at the lower right corner of the page.
5. Click "Get support” link to direct you to their email form.
