Dear Hotmail support Services,

My domain can't send email to all hotmail accounts!

Every time  i try to send email to hotmail accounts with my domain, the mail is bounce back to my account and –I get this message---- ‘’’’’The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <???????@hotmail.com>

I hope that you can help me to unblock my domain in your blacklist so I can contact my client which using the hotmail accounts...
