I need urgent asssitance from you. Someone broke into my hotmail account few days ago (I believe it was two days ago) and basically stole my e-mail account and all the contacts, e-mails, etc. that I have stored within my hotmail account at the time - {removed email address}. I have created a new e-mail addrees so I can complain about this case. Namely, I received several e-mails on my {removed email address} account from windows live team in past several weeks in which I was asked to reply and confirm my name, country/region and password of my account in order to make sure, according to the information in that e-mail, that my account remains active. By failing to provide all those information, the mail from windows live team basicaly emphasized that my account would be permamnently shut. For the first few times, I replied to those e-mails by providing only my name, and country/region without passing on my password. However, the mail from windows live team kept coming back so two days ago I also provided my password due to the fear I would lose an account that I have opened in 2000. Can somone please help me restore the ownership over my account? I cannot log-in anymore because that someone who "hijacked"my account basically changed the password so I have no access to my account which contains some important documents as well as all of my contacts. I can only hope that the person who hijacked my account did not erase all the contacs and messages contained therein. I kindly ask someone from the support team to get in touch with me through my new address {removed email address} or simply enable me to log in to my old account by sending me a new password to my new address.
Thanks,
Senad
