I am having trouble accessing one particular email message in my inbox. Every time I click on it, I get a yellow message saying: "We can't connect to Windows Live right now. Please try again later." This has been happening on this one message since it arrived on 11/4. It is a receipt from a known vendor whom I've had previous messages from without issues. Every other message that I received prior to and after that is fine. I just can't access this one message. Any help would be most appreciated.

Oddly enough, I had to post a reply in order to view the Private Data insert to your post. For some reason, it wasn't showing up when I viewed it directly from the link in the email. You should have all the data you need now. THanks.
