I would need additional information to further troubleshoot your problem. Please reply to this post and include your Windows Live Hotmail e-mail address. I would also need to confirm whether the error condition occurs when sending new e-mails, forwarding or replying to one.
To further isolate your concern, I would need you to confirm whether you will encounter the same error condition when using another computer with a different Internet connection.
