Emails in hotmail gone when thunderbird downloaded my emails!

Hi all,

Is there anyway for me to transfer my emails from thunderbird back to hotmail? I followed http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=747228, and now i am in outlook express, but i still cant transfer my emails back to my hotmail account.
