Lisa Dyer:Please help. I have just accessed my account and all my inbox has been deleted. there are old emails from mid august that I can find but all that i have kept from the last couple of month including some with important information have been deleted. All my contacts have also been wiped! I have virus protection on my computer but had been downloading some programs last night that may or may not have been questionable (file converting software).
