Is it possible to retrieve this email?

the dat e and time of the deleting is friday 6 november in between 22:00h and 23:ooh (gmt+1)

the mail I need is from this person: Òscar Hernando

from the company: Veranda Televisió

I've managed to recover some of your deleted messages. Check your Junk folder for the e-mail you're looking for. If it is not there, we can no longer recover it anymore.

Note: There may be messages that you purposely deleted before that were included in the restoration.
