I have received error number 0x80191002 and cannot understand why and do not know what it means anyway.  I have only been a member for a short time and only send e-mails to person on my mailing list and have again been blocked from receiving and sending e-mails.  This happened previously and I had to download and reload live to gain access.  I am not doing anything wrong and have never had any problem with bigpond.  If the matter is not rectified quickly I will revert to bigpond and never your services again.
