This is the third occaision I have been asked to verify my account (I understand why you do this) but please can you use a system that works!

Each time I put the letters and numbers in it tells me that what I have entered is invalid despite the fact I can plainly see this is not true. I have tried it about 20 times now and it is very frustating because I use this account regularly and I desperately need it back in use. I have had the same problem every time this happens.

I managed to send a message via a help page but they sent me an email and told me to reply to it which is a bit of a joke!

Please get back to asap as I have work to do!

To help protect Windows Live Hotmail users from junk e-mail (spam), we periodically verify that the account is being used by a person and not by a computer. To determine whether the account is being used by a person, we prompt customers to type randomly generated and "scrambled" text after meeting certain criteria. This precaution helps prevent malicious users from using computer programs to automatically send junk mail through the Windows Live Hotmail while letting our legitimate customers continue to send mail.

I said I understood why you did it, my problem is the verification - it won't let me do it for some reason and I'm not a spammer! Is it something to do with allowing cookies or something? Can you verify from your end? I really need to be able to send mail asap!
