Hi! My IP 212.88.113.214 (domain arc.co.ug) cannot send mails to hotmail. We are getting the error below:

We have cleaned our network of spamming and all internet servers have delisted us, except hotmail. How can I get hotmail to delist us so that we can be able to send email to hotmail?

Hi there Emmanuel. Thanks for posting the info we need. After reviewing them, it appears that Hotmail’s anti-spam filters are rejecting the messages. I've forwarded this to our Windows Live Hotmail Sender Support Team and they’ll contact you on how to get this issue fixed.
