I am denied access to my account when trying to forward articles from webistes I visit. The error message says I must verify my user name and password. are correct. The error number received is 0x800CCC33.

Please explain how to resolve this problem.

I am still in need of assistance. My hotmail account works on my laptop; but when I use a desktop computer at home, and elsewhere such as the univeristy in which I work part-time, the hotmail account will not work. The account shows as a windows live.com account.
 
I was in the library this morning and had another e-mail from you, that was sent to {removed email address} That e-mail response at the library did not appear here. I did reset my password at the library; however it is not working elsewher.
 
I did have difficulty in a payment from my credit card because of an expiration date expiring, and corrected it within 5 days. I am not sure if this would cause part of the problem. 
 
I would appreciate it, if somebody would contact me via telephone. My cell phone # is <removed_WL_jacquif>. I would like to correct the problem on my desktops; and hope that it does not occur on this laptop.
