I can ping my service provider Cavtel fine (- 2ms). I can ping websites fine, from Firefox AND Command Line Interface. I can resolve names with DNS. But when i TRACERT www.msn.com or Windowslive.com it breaks down at ge-7-0-0-0.co1-64c-1b.ntwk.msn.net [207.46.43.173]. What is happening with Microsoft's servers?
