Hey Guys,
I own a smal hosting company.
One of my customers left the cgi folder open, so a hacker uploaded a perl script that sent a huge amount of emails.
We deleted and recreate that account from scratch, so the problem is solved now.
Now, I'm in the hotmail blacklist, the ip is blocked and SNDS says "Blocked manually or for spamming"
Can you tell me what should I do to remove my ip from hotmail blacklist?
The blocked ip is 209.62.125.82

The error I get is:
