hi i have forgot my password which i changed recently but for some reason it is not working i tried to reset it but all the details i enter do not work. such as secret answer, country details please help me because that id is important to me and because i have not given alternative id in there to send me reset instruction that is why i don't want to try that option then i will be stuck.

please help me as soon as possible.

To resolve this issue, contact the Windows Live Technical Support Team. You can reach their Account Management Help site by referring to the link on this this solution beside Windows Live ID.

If you can’t find anything related to your issue:

1. On the Help pane, click on any topic on the left panel then wait for the page to load completely.

2. Click Get more help at the lower-right corner of the window.

3. Click Get support.

4. Complete the e-form then click Submit.

please help me i have filled the form and they told me to try resetting option, because i tried too many times signing in so the resetting system has temorarly closed my account and not working. now i have filled validation page. but the problem is because the id is very old i don't remember all the details they are asking for. i have given them some of them. my secret question answer is not working as well. please i am the real owner of that ID. I would of close it but the thing is that i don't remember all the my freinds contact and i use this id for personal use so it would be a problem if i leave it close. please help me to solve this problem.
