I created this email address for a not for profit orginization I am doing some web design for. I tried to send an email to all participants before adding their email addresses to the contacts list. I need to send information and updates to all participants fairly regularly, I am not a spammer and would appreciate it if you could reactivate the account.

Am I correct in thinking hotmail will not let you send more than 10 emails at a time?

I found out that your account was blocked due to a Terms of Use violation. I'm sorry, but I can't discuss the specific reason on why your account was blocked, however, here are some possible reasons:
 
• Unwanted e-mail or "spam" 
• Abusive or harassing e-mail 
• Phishing or account fraud 

It was blocked the first time I used it, I was trying to send a request for information from the group - i.e. sending approx 30 emails at once. If indeed that was a TOU violation then how can I get the account unblocked?
