Why is windows saying an attachment I received is unsafe, when I know the source and what the attatchment is. How can I open my attachment. Please help!

To view a message that has been marked as potentially fraudulent, click "Show Content" link. This action causes the text contents only of the message to be displayed. You can then better determine whether the message is from a legitimate source.
