It’s possible that the server that hosts your account has undergone maintenance. Maintenance doesn’t take too long and you should now be able to access your account.
If the problem persists, try to optimize your browser and clear your cache by deleting your temporary Internet files. Also, let me know the ff:
- Does the same thing happen when you access your account on a different computer with a different Internet connection?
- Does this issue occur with other Hotmail accounts that are being accessed on your computer?
