To diagnose the problem, please send us a copy of the undeliverable message with the full headers included. Here are the steps below on how you can view the full message headers of an e-mail:
1. Click the “Mail” tab located at the left side of the page.
2. Right-click on the undeliverable message.
3. Choose the “View source” option on the dropdown menu. You will be seeing a new window containing the e-mail message headers and its content.
