Hi,

I made a new account recently and we sent out an email to our members who wrote their email addresses down on a sheet (therefore they were messy and some were not valid). As a result, we got about 10 messages that didn't deliver, and hotmail now thinks we are spam, and won't let me send emails.

Could you please fix this problem?

I’ve reviewed your account and have found that it was blocked due to a Terms of Use violation. While I can’t discuss the specific reason on why your account was blocked, here are some possible reasons:

• Unwanted e-mail or "spam" 
• Abusive or harassing e-mail 
• Phishing or account fraud 

This experience has really been frustrating, and I doubt we will use hotmail anymore, as the problems have not been resolved.

READ the emails we send out...we're not selling sex or viagra

We're trying to HELP people with our club - and you are preventing us from effectively doing that

 

Reconsider your decision to eff up our account - it was poorly made. I understand that a computer may have interpreted it as spam or something, but take 1 minute of your time to see the emails that we send out. stop letting a robot or program make decisions for your company
