I keep getting this error message when I try to log into my hotmail account.

"Account has been blocked. Unusual activity has been detected on your account. Please contact Windows Live Customer Care"

I have searched for, and not found, this Windows live Customer Care.

I would appreciate some help in getting my account back up and working as I've had it for 11 years, and the first problem I had with it was getting hacked by this phishing site a few weeks ago. I was half asleep and just put in my email and password before I realized what I was doing.

I have since changed my password and the emails had stopped being sent out. Then my Windows Live Messenger just shut down and refused to let me in.

I would like to get both my Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger back up and running as I've used this hotmail account for about 11 years and I had about 90 names in my friend list, most of which I can't remember and part of the troubleshooting I did with the Windows Live Support in the email before it shut down involved erasing my contacts.

1. Go to http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=liveidv1&market=en-us
2. Select one of the help topics displayed on the left panel. 
3. Click Get more help at the lower-right corner of the window then click Get support. 
4. Complete the e-form and then click Submit.
