Hi. I have a sony satio and I cannot get onto hotmail at all. I have tried going in by hotmail.co.uk, hotmail.com, m.mail.live.com etc but nothing works. Most of the time the screen just goes white and hangs there.

The only way I have been able to access my hotmail account on my phone is by downloading opera mini but I would like the issue resolving.

Can anyone help, I've been recommended to post this by the windows live mobile support as nothing seems to work.

Do you need the POP3 settings to configure your Hotmail account in your mobile phone? If you do, see this Solution article for guidance.
