==> When I clicked on the "save all" button, there is no response, ie. nothing happened. But, if I clicked a single file attachment, a pop-up window comes out, and asked me whether to save or open

==> There is no error message at all

- Do you encounter the same issue using a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox?
==> I didn't install other browser as I only use IE all the while
- Do you encounter the same issue when you access your account using a different computer with different Internet connection?
==> I don't have other computers at home. At work, all email browsers are blocked.
